Practical digital experiences focused on usability and clarity.
Heuristic Evaluation – Reviewed existing mental wellbeing apps using Nielsen Norman Group’s usability heuristics and WCAG 2.2 AA to identify core usability and accessibility issues.
Conducted moderated usability testing with users completing real tasks (onboarding, journaling, mood tracking) to observe navigation breakdowns and friction points.
Collected think-aloud feedback and post-task reflections to understand user expectations, trust concerns, and emotional responses.
Synthesised qualitative insights into key UX themes that directly informed the prototype’s navigation, accessibility, and personalisation features.
I’m a UX Researcher / Designer with an MSc in Human–Computer Interaction, focused on understanding how people interact with digital products and identifying practical ways to improve usability, accessibility, and clarity. My experience comes primarily from academic and project-based work, where I’ve conducted usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and qualitative research on real-world applications.
I’m particularly interested in evaluating digital products in sensitive or regulated contexts, where trust, accessibility, and clear communication matter. I enjoy translating user behaviour and feedback into structured insights that support better design decisions, and I value working in a methodical, evidence-led way.
